Dal
Director of Skincare and Patient Care Coordinator
Dal is Dazzling! She has been working in the aesthetics industry for over 15 years. With her passion for skin health and extensive training in physician-directed clinics, she offers personalized skincare evaluations and exceptional care for patients. Dal is committed to her patients. She enjoys educating them and providing customized treatment plans. She meets with patients to answer all their skincare questions and assists Dr. Lili Nasseri and Dr. Eiman Nasseri with injectables.
As the Patient Care Coordinator for our dermatologist Dr. Eiman Nasseri, she provides education in skin cancer prevention utilizing skincare and Photodynamic Therapy treatments. She is specialized in various medical grade treatments such as microneedling, peels, Bela MD facials and IPL treatments. She has over a decade of experience working with top medical-grade skincare lines such as Skinceuticals, Neocutis, ZO and Stratamed.
When she’s not working, Dal enjoys her time with her daughters, the great outdoors and relaxing with a cup of tea and a good read.
Hayley
Registered Nurse and Photodynamic Therapy Provider
Hayley is Helpful! Hayley is a registered nurse specializing in surgical care with nearly a decade of experience. She has developed a vast knowledge base over the years allowing her to effectively manage complex surgical wounds, ensuring optimal healing. She is passionate about providing top notch care to her patients. Her journey in nursing is fueled by a deep commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those she cares for. She adores meeting new people and hearing the incredible stories her patients have to share.
Hayley is dedicated to educating patients on the importance of skin health and skin cancer prevention. She provides gold standard treatments such as Photodynamic therapy to patients devoted to reducing their risk of skin cancer.
On her days off Hayley enjoys spending time with friends and family. As an animal lover she could spend all day riding horses or hanging out with her dog.
Sandra
Registered Nurse and Sclerotherapy Provider
Sandra is Spectacular! She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2011. She has a passion for medical aesthetics and has been in the industry for almost ten years. She has worked in the community providing wound care and IV therapy as well as Ideal Image where she specialized in IPL, laser treatments and medical-grade skincare. She is ecstatic to be a part of the Healthy Skin Care team and to be providing sclerotherapy treatments alongside Dr. Lili Nasseri!
Sandra enjoys working with clients in achieving their health and beauty goals. She values self-care and promotes nurturing one’s inner well-being.
During her free time, she loves seeking new adventures with her husband and kids, visiting farmer’s markets, painting, and gardening.
Whitney
Patient Care Administrator
Whitney is warm and welcoming! As our dedicated Patient Concierge, she ensures every patient feels cared for, supported, and guided from the moment they reach out. With exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for service, Whitney helps patients navigate appointments, treatments, and questions with ease. Her calm, friendly presence creates a seamless experience and reflects the high standard of care at the Healthy Skin Centre.
In her free time, she enjoys cheering on her two kids at the soccer field and exploring Vancouver’s best brunch spots.
Carin
Patient Care Administrator
Carin is Caring! She is the Patient Care Administrator at Healthy Skin Centre. She has worked in the field of dermatology for over 20 years and is passionate about skincare and helping patients achieve healthy skin. She feels blessed to be working with Dr. Eiman Nasseri and Dr. Lili Nasseri. Healthy Skin Centre offers all the new cutting-edge medical and cosmetic skincare treatments and she loves being part of it. She particularly enjoys answering patients’ questions over the phone and meeting them when they come in for treatments. “I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some pretty amazing people,” says Carin.
When not at work, Carin enjoys spending time with family, reading, dancing and watching movies.
Rosalina
Medical Device Reprocessing Technician
Rosalina is Resilient! Rosalina is our Medical Device Reprocessing Technician and she takes her work very seriously. She is responsible for all the cleaning and sterilizing of surgical instruments at Healthy Skin Centre. She loves interacting with patients and making jokes with Dr. Eiman Nasseri. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of MDRT, working in a multitude of private surgical centres across Vancouver, Surrey and New Westminster.
In her free time, Rosalina enjoys spending time with family and eating cheesecake.
Anna
Laboratory Histotechnologist
Anna is Ambitious! As a graduate from UBC’s Medical Laboratory Science Program in 2018, she works alongside with Dr. Nasseri and the team to assist in providing results for patients undergoing Mohs micrographic surgery. After cancerous tissue is removed, she is responsible for processing and preparing patient tissue specimens for further microscopic lab analysis. She is committed to her meticulous histology work behind the scenes and her ultimate goal is to help patients remove all cancerous cells and achieve healthy skin. Outside of lab work, Anna is a dog mom and enjoys exploring trails with her golden retriever, tasting different foods and travelling to new places!
Jonathan
Director of Information Technology
Jonathan is judicious in his approach to all things technology, ensuring that Healthy Skin Centre runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently behind the scenes. As our Director of Information Technology, he oversees system operations, digital workflows, and technical innovations that elevate both the patient and staff experience. His thoughtful problem-solving and steady leadership keep the clinic’s technology reliable and cutting-edge.
In his free time, Jonathan enjoys learning Spanish, German and playing the drums, both at home and at various spots around Vancouver.
Michelle
Patient Care Administrator
Michelle is Motivated! Michelle has over five years of dedicated experience in the aesthetics industry, complemented by post-secondary clinical training as a patient care coordinator and senior administrator. She is dedicated to assisting clients and effectively communicating with them to understand their skincare needs. With more than 30+ years of customer service expertise, Michelle excels at building genuine connections with all clients, often remembering them by their first name.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending quality moments with her family and friends, going on day trips, reading and immersing herself in a good movie.
